How credits work
- Each video costs credits, depending on its length and quality. The exact price is shown before you create.
- Credits never expire, even if you cancel your subscription.
- If a video fails, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
- Your credit history and your invoices are in Credit usage, in Account.
Get credits
- Plans (Starter, Pro, Ultra), monthly or yearly. A monthly plan adds its credits every month; a yearly plan costs about 20% less and adds the whole year's credits at once. Higher plans also create more videos at the same time.
- Credit packs: one-time purchases, no subscription.
- Promo codes: use them with Redeem, in Account.
Buy a plan or a pack
- On the pricing page, choose a plan (monthly or yearly) or a credit pack.
- A summary opens: the offer, its price taxes included, in the currency you'll pay in, and its credits. For a plan, it also shows how often you're billed, that it renews automatically and how to cancel it.
- Tick the box to get your credits right away. It confirms that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using them. Until then, you can still withdraw within 14 days if you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK.
- Press Continue to payment: Stripe's secure page opens. Your credits appear as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and we email you a confirmation of your order.
Payment, currency, taxes and invoices
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as merchant of record. Link charges you (your bank statement shows something like LINK.COM* EZCREA) and emails your receipt and invoice after each payment.
- Prices are in euros in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the other places that use the euro, and in US dollars elsewhere (including the UK), taxes included: you pay exactly the price shown, with no tax added at checkout. In most countries, Link works out the VAT or sales tax included in the price and shows it at checkout.
- The currency follows the country of your connection. To pay in the other one, choose € EUR or $ USD under the offers on the pricing page before you buy.
- A subscription stays in the currency it started in: its renewals and plan changes are billed in that currency. To change currency, cancel it, then subscribe again once the period you paid for has ended.
- Link may offer to pay in another local currency (such as pounds or Swiss francs), at its own exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee. For a subscription paid that way, the rate is set again at each renewal, so the amount in your currency can change.
- Your invoices are also in Credit usage and in your Link account at link.com.
- A question about a charge? Write to support@ezcrea.com or contact Link support.
Change plan
On the pricing page, choose another plan. The summary shows the new plan and when it starts; tick the box, press Continue, then confirm on Stripe's page.
An upgrade applies right away: you pay the full price of the new plan, get its credits immediately and a new billing period starts that day (what's left of the current period isn't refunded). A downgrade, or a switch from yearly to monthly, applies at the end of the current period, with nothing to pay until then. A plan change is always billed in the currency of your subscription.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Account, then Manage / cancel my subscription: it opens Stripe's secure page.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. No further charges, and every credit stays yours.
Refunds
Periods already started aren't refunded pro rata. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for a full refund. If you ticked the box asking for your credits right away, this right ends once you start using them. To withdraw, write to support@ezcrea.com or contact Link support. Link may also refund some payments under its own policy, for example an unauthorised or duplicate payment. The credits of a refunded purchase may be removed from your balance. All the details are in our cancellation policy and right of withdrawal.
